A DVD players are the devices which are use to play discs that are manufactured under both the DVD video as well as DVD audio technical standards, these are two different and incompatible standards. Now DVDs has become a new digital format that altered the way that one look at entertainment in the home forever. A multi-region disc is supposed to play on any Region Locked player, but there is a matter of compatibility between PAL and NTSC video formats.
